F1 Hotel Manila celebrated the Chinese New Year with the traditional Lion Dance as they welcome the Year of the Earth Dog last February 16.
The event was attended by the hotel’s department heads, with Cindy Brual, Hotel Director, leading the ritual. Red lanterns and envelopes were placed all over the hotel as these deliver wealth and good fortune. Hotel guests were also invited to see the lion dance performance which took place at F All-Day Dining.
Aside from the Lion Dance, F1 Hotel also offered an auspicious Asian themed buffet which was specifically prepared for the occasion. Created by executive chef Angelo Timban, the restaurant showcased its fine buffet spread for lunch or dinner that included dimsum, wok-fried chicken with Hainan sauce, and lechon Macau.
Festive buffets are not only limited during Chinese New Year as F1 Hotel offers their Filipino-Mexican buffet spread every Friday and Saturday for the whole month of February for only P1,699 nett per person.
