On-the-spot insurance payment scheme bared

Monarch Insurance has launched an on-the-spot insurance payment plan, which gives car owners instant hassle-free payment when he/she figures in an accident.

“We know the long and tedious process a customer has to go through when they get into an accident on the road. By cutting short the process and paying the client as fast as possible, we build customer loyalty,” said Arunachalam, senior vice president of Monarch Insurance.

Monarch has established a 24-hour assistance center that will receive all calls for help when customers are involved in a car accident. Monarch will send an estimator/assessor to the site of accident within 30 minutes after receiving the call and pay on the spot the amount needed to repair the damage.
