Regine-Ogie movie shelved

It seems that the Regine Velasquez-Ogie Alcasid project Love Is Blind under GMA and Viva has been temporarily shelved.

Reports about the movie came out last year and the lovebirds were excited about it. The movie would have been about two handicapped individuals and their romantic dalliance. Viva top honcho Vic del Rosario confirmed that the project has been put on hold despite the fact that they had already conducted various meetings to finalize the casting.

Regine is tired of waiting and hopes to do another project instead, perhaps with Aga Muhlach with whom she had starred in two box-office hits.

We?re going to keep you posted on whether the Regine-Ogie project would finally get the green light.

Are they, aren?t they?

Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion are obviously vacillating on their feelings for each other. When asked about it they become cryptic.

?Actually, it?s what you see is what you get. We are not hiding anything. Let?s leave it at that. Maybe the proper time will come when we?ll feel comfortable revealing deeper things about our relationship. Let?s just wait and see,? Richard says.

?The best description for us at this point in time is, action speaks louder than words. The level of our friendship also changes course, especially now that we are doing our second film. There are still a lot of things that we discover about each other. I can say we?re more solid now as a working team,? explains KC.

According to them, it also helps that they get to travel while shooting the project.

?Of course, because the more you?ll get to know each other!? they say in. ?Expectedly, you become closer like we still have to finish some scenes in Palawan where the scenery is breathtaking. We can share that wonderful experience there, right??

Many are curious to know what they like best in each other.

?Richard is one guy any young girl would love hanging out with. He?s so free-flowing and with him, everything seems so light. At this point in my life, I can honestly say that he is my perfect teammate. I?m so thankful that my first two movies are with him. I?ve learned a lot of insights from him,? KC muses.

?For me, KC is the kind of girl who isn?t hard to fall in love with. Any guy would be proud to bring her home and introduce to your parents,? says Richard.

Kissing and making up

All?s well that ends well between German Moreno and his favorite ward, Billy Crawford. The reconciliation happened after the latter paid a surprise visit on the set of Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman which incidentally during that particular evening was taping the reunion of That?s Entertainment stars from where Billy also started.

Everyone knows how protective and supportive Kuya Germs was of Billy since he was a child star until he hit it big in Europe. Billy considers Kuya Germs as his second dad. But things turned sour when Billy moved to ABS-CBN 2 without informing Kuya Germs who didn?t talk to Billy for eight months.

According to those who witnessed the reunion, Kuya Germs was touched by Billy?s very humble gesture. He explained that there?s no parent who cannot forgive an errant child.

As for Billy, he?s thankful that he was able to ask forgiveness from Kuya Germs. He knew that he hurt him and he?s been carrying the guilt for a long time now. This positive development obviously brought him relief.

?I always prayed for that the time when Kuya Germs would forgive me for my blunder. For the longest time I?ve been trying to have a conversation with him but to no avail. He?s really mad because of what happened. It?s been eight months. It was hard because I love Kuya Germs. He?s my second father.

?I didn?t think that it?ll reach this far. I told him ?I?m sorry for hurting you. I didn?t mean to. It wasn?t intentional!? I?m grateful because he accepted. Honestly, when I decided to go to his taping, I was ready for anything and was expecting for the worse. I really thank God for the golden opportunity He has given me and my effort was rewarded. Now, I feel light,? Billy was quoted as saying.
