The Asian Kennel Club Union of the Philippines Inc. is holding its 5th and 6th All-Breed Dog Shows Feb. 28 to March 1 to be officiated by two international judges.

The events will be held at the People?s Village of Tiendesitas, Ortigas Ave. cor. E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. (C-5), Pasig City.

Club president Bernie Jalandoni Repalbor said the shows would be handled by Bruce Schwartz and Clay Coady of the American Kennel Club.

Schwartz?s judging chores have taken him to Canada, Australia, and across Asia and Europe on top of his involvement with Miniature Schnauzers for nearly 40 years.

A judge at the Westminster Kennel Club in New York City in 2006, he handles the Welsh Terrier rescue in California.

Coady has judged events around the globe including the Westminster Kennel Club.

His 35-year involvement with dogs, along with stints as handler, presenting all breeds and winning in best in show in all seven groups as well as breaking the all-time record for Lakeland Terriers, Lhasa Apso and Welsh Terriers.
