| Seaoil cuts P3 per liter of diesel
SEAOIL cut the price of its diesel by P3 a liter yesterday, the most since January, as a result of the commodity?s continuing decline in the world market. Other distributors were yet to announce a similar cut. The Energy Department on Monday said consumers may expect more price cuts for diesel due to falling global demand. ?Because the heating season and winter has ended, demand for diesel will come down,? Energy Secretary Angelo Reyes said. ?We expect prices to continue to go down. We expect a reduction in the prices of diesel and liquefied petroleum gas.? Alena Mae S. Flores |
